We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Assistant to support our marketing and internal communications strategies. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing clear, consistent messaging across various platforms to enhance brand presence and facilitate internal alignment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to key marketing initiatives while working closely with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing and communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and presentations

  • Support internal communications by preparing announcements, memos, and company updates

  • Coordinate logistics for promotional events and marketing campaigns

  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

  • Work with external vendors to support marketing material production

  • Conduct market and competitor research to assist with strategic planning

  • Track marketing performance metrics and compile data for reports

  • Ensure timely and accurate communication project delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
