We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Columbus, OH. As a Junior Account Representative, you will work closely with our senior staff to support client accounts, assist in property management tasks, and ensure all client interactions reflect our high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and maintaining client relationships

  • Prepare and update client records, reports, and documentation

  • Support senior account representatives in handling property-related communications

  • Schedule appointments, conduct follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution of client needs

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality and client satisfaction

  • Monitor account performance and report updates to senior management

  • Participate in training and development programs

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Real Estate, or a related field preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus
