We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our Columbus-based team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences

  • Present and show properties to potential buyers

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, listings, and transactions

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitors

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Ohio (or willingness to obtain)

  • Previous sales or real estate experience preferred
