Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data in our systems, maintaining records, and supporting internal departments through efficient data management.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems

  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files

  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness at all times

  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documentation

  • Coordinate with other departments to retrieve or confirm required information

  • Identify and correct errors in data entry

  • Perform regular backups and data audits as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar administrative role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Excellent typing speed and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
