We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Agent to join our team in New Orleans, LA. The Marketing Agent will be responsible for promoting our brand, driving property visibility, and supporting lead generation efforts. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution of marketing initiatives, particularly tailored for the real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales and property outreach

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns

  • Organize and participate in property events, presentations, and networking activities

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external materials

  • Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports

  • Assist with the development of advertising materials, brochures, and print campaigns

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design tools is a plus

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
