Property Soar is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our front office team. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and guests, responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicative, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures

  • Maintain front desk security and clean work environment

  • Handle inquiries regarding property availability and services

  • Coordinate with maintenance and management teams when needed

  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and messages

  • Keep accurate records and complete required administrative tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations
