Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering customer data and providing responsive customer support. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of information and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update customer information in the database

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner

• Resolve basic customer issues or escalate them as needed

• Verify the accuracy of entered data and maintain detailed records

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and quality

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations

• Monitor and track customer service requests for follow-up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• Previous experience in data entry or customer service is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute with high accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
