We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting the sales department, and coordinating between departments to ensure the success of promotional strategies. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales support plans
Coordinate promotional events and campaigns
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive performance
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials
Track and analyze campaign performance and provide regular updates to management
Maintain organized records of marketing assets, contacts, and schedules
Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication
Support the business development team in lead generation and client outreach
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is a plus
