We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our marketing team and overall operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the department runs smoothly through coordination, organization, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing and operations team

  • Schedule internal meetings, track project timelines, and maintain calendars

  • Assist in the preparation and proofreading of marketing materials and documents

  • Conduct market and competitor research for internal use

  • Organize and maintain marketing files, reports, and documentation

  • Assist in coordinating logistics for events, meetings, and client presentations

  • Monitor and manage supply inventories for marketing-related materials

  • Support internal communication between departments to align project updates

  • Prepare and format reports and summaries for team review

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a marketing or business environment

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools is a plus
