Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue and determining the best solution
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database
Collaborate with internal departments to find timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes
Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
