Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Kansas, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing advertising campaigns that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. You will work closely with our internal creative team and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advertising strategies tailored to client goals and market trends

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad content across various platforms (print, broadcast, etc.)

• Manage and monitor advertising budgets, schedules, and performance metrics

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning

• Present campaign ideas and reports to clients and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with advertising standards and brand requirements

• Adjust campaigns as needed based on performance and client feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in advertising or a similar role

• Strong understanding of traditional advertising channels (print, TV, radio, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
