Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience with our services. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Provide accurate information regarding company services and policies

• Resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner

• Document and track customer interactions using internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Assist with administrative support as needed

Qualifications
