We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations and campaign development. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing various marketing initiatives, coordinate internal communications, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to meet campaign timelines
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and other project documentation
Support event coordination and promotional activities
Conduct market research and compile customer data
Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials
Monitor campaign performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
