We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and proactive relationship management. You will work closely with internal departments to coordinate services and provide a seamless client experience from onboarding to continued partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Identify client needs and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions

  • Monitor client accounts and assist with issue resolution

  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients

  • Provide detailed feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement

  • Support client retention and contribute to growth strategies

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client service, account management, or similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
