Job Description

Nexmos, Design is seeking a dedicated and articulate Communications Agent to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communication efforts, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting strategic messaging across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications

• Coordinate with departments to ensure messaging aligns with company goals

• Support the creation of presentations, press releases, and official documents

• Act as a liaison between the company and clients for project communications

• Monitor and analyze communication performance and provide reports

• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications-related role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
