Job Description:
As an Event Coordinator at Nexmos, Design, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to delivering high-quality event experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned events, including logistics, scheduling, and budgeting

  • Liaise with clients to understand event goals and requirements

  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown

  • Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met

  • Handle any on-site issues or changes promptly and professionally

  • Prepare post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement

  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the event process

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
