We are currently seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Santa Ana. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining valuable experience in client relations and account management. The Entry Level Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients and assist in executing project objectives, maintaining relationships, and supporting account growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams

  • Assist in planning and executing client campaigns and initiatives

  • Track account performance and generate status reports

  • Identify client needs and provide solutions that align with business goals

  • Support senior account managers in daily tasks and long-term planning

  • Maintain accurate and updated account documentation

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and client satisfaction
