We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Grand Rapids. The ideal candidate will provide professional assistance to clients, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure that each interaction reflects the highest level of service and professionalism. You will serve as a key contact point for our customers, supporting day-to-day operations and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Support the customer service team with administrative tasks

  • Monitor and follow up on client cases to ensure timely resolution

  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience

  • Provide product or service information and guidance to customers

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service or administrative support experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

  • Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
