We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist with internal and external communications, and coordinate activities to ensure consistent brand messaging across all projects. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and a desire to contribute to impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing initiatives and assist with campaign development
Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and event plans
Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to execute promotional activities
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic planning
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing KPIs
Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks
Assist with brand management and ensure consistency across all platforms
Help organize and attend promotional events and trade shows
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or related roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals
