We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Sales Assistant to support our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales and customer service. You will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day sales operations, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the team's overall performance.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Assist in managing and updating customer databases and sales records
Help prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations
Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions
Monitor and follow up on sales leads and prospects
Maintain organized documentation and sales materials
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Basic proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
No previous sales experience required – training will be provided
