Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks
Manage and update customer records and sales reports
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports as needed
Schedule meetings and follow up with clients and leads
Support team goals and contribute to achieving sales targets
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
