Every Word Code is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Kansas City. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and enthusiastic about supporting customers and internal operations. You will play a key role in ensuring positive customer experiences by providing timely assistance and handling inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to customers via phone, email, and in-person

  • Assist with processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and resolving basic issues

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Help identify and report common customer concerns to improve processes

  • Follow company procedures and represent the brand in a professional manner
