Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to support and implement strategic communication initiatives. The successful candidate will help ensure that our messaging is consistent, effective, and aligned with organizational goals. This role involves working across departments to coordinate internal and external communication efforts, assist in preparing written materials, and maintain brand integrity.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the development and delivery of internal and external communications
Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, newsletters, and company announcements
Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Support planning and execution of corporate communication strategies and campaigns
Assist in organizing and documenting meetings, briefings, and presentations
Monitor communication performance and prepare regular reports for leadership
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with company communication policies
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a communications or administrative coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general document formatting
Familiarity with internal communication tools and practices is a plus
