Beloform is currently seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and messages
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of office systems
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy
Professional appearance and demeanor
