Bela Brand Bat is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications strategies. This position is ideal for a candidate who is skilled in crafting professional written content, coordinating messaging, and managing communication flows between departments, partners, and clients.

The Communications Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining the brand’s voice across all communication channels (excluding social media), supporting public relations initiatives, and ensuring message consistency throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement internal and external communication strategies

  • Write, edit, and proofread corporate materials including press releases, newsletters, announcements, and reports

  • Assist with preparation of presentations and official documents

  • Manage internal communication tools and maintain content calendars

  • Support the planning and execution of events, meetings, and speaking engagements

  • Maintain up-to-date records of communication activities and feedback

  • Collaborate with leadership and departments to ensure consistency in messaging

  • Monitor media coverage and compile communication performance reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Experience working with internal communication platforms is a plus
