We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting client accounts, coordinating campaign activities, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in client relations, marketing, and account management while growing within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Assist in planning and coordinating client campaigns and projects
Maintain client satisfaction by addressing questions, requests, and concerns promptly
Monitor campaign performance and compile regular reports
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services
Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions
Support senior account managers with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and eager to learn
No prior experience required, but internships or customer service experience is a plus
