Sharpcontra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Detroit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional advertising strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and manage successful ad campaigns from concept to execution. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute advertising campaigns across print, broadcast, and outdoor media.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align campaign strategies with client goals.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for advertising strategies.
Prepare client presentations and advertising proposals.
Manage budgets and timelines for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with campaign results.
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in advertising or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with media buying and placement strategies is a plus.
Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
