Job Description

Sharpcontra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Detroit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional advertising strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and manage successful ad campaigns from concept to execution. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advertising campaigns across print, broadcast, and outdoor media.

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align campaign strategies with client goals.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for advertising strategies.

• Prepare client presentations and advertising proposals.

• Manage budgets and timelines for multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with campaign results.

• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in advertising or a related role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Familiarity with media buying and placement strategies is a plus.
