Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to support our communications and marketing department in delivering effective messaging and cohesive branding strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in marketing campaigns, written communication, and internal and external messaging. The ideal candidate will work closely with the communications team and department managers to ensure brand consistency and clear communication across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing and communication materials

• Draft and edit content for newsletters, internal updates, press releases, and promotional materials

• Coordinate with different departments to support branding initiatives and communication strategies

• Help organize and prepare materials for presentations, events, and meetings

• Conduct market research to support campaign planning and messaging

• Track and report on the performance of communication efforts

• Maintain organized records and content archives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a similar communications role preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Knowledge of branding, campaign coordination, and corporate messaging
