Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Advertising Agent to join our marketing team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms (excluding social media)

• Research market trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform campaign strategies

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to maximize results

• Maintain relationships with media outlets and negotiate advertising contracts

• Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and budget requirements

• Prepare reports and present findings to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in advertising or marketing (agency experience is a plus)

• Strong understanding of advertising channels and media buying (excluding social media)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in advertising and analytics tools is a plus
