Messa Sync is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data while assisting customers with inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data in internal systems and databases
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Ensure all records are accurate and up to date
Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating as needed
Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality
