We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Assistant to support our internal marketing operations. The ideal candidate will work alongside our marketing and sales teams to coordinate campaigns, track project progress, and assist in executing marketing initiatives that align with our company’s goals.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and print promotions
Coordinate marketing events and trade show preparations
Maintain accurate records of marketing metrics and reporting tools
Conduct market and competitor research to support project development
Collaborate with designers, sales representatives, and vendors to ensure cohesive campaign delivery
Manage content calendars, email campaigns, and internal communications
Prepare presentations, brochures, and marketing materials as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Familiarity with basic marketing principles and project coordination
