We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all property-related matters.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
Assist clients with property-related questions, account details, and documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly
Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve processes and services
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer support or a related role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
