Property Soar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to start their career in account management, develop essential business skills, and contribute to client satisfaction. The Account Manager will serve as a key contact for assigned accounts, assist in managing client relationships, and ensure the delivery of outstanding service.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
Prepare reports, updates, and performance summaries for clients
Help identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
Work closely with the sales and service departments to support account growth
Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner
Participate in regular training to develop business and management skills
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our system
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
No prior experience required; training will be provided
