We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our team. The Events Assistant will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events that reflect the Property Soar brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to make things happen seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing events from start to finish
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Support with event setup, logistics, and breakdown
Maintain event materials, supplies, and timelines
Handle guest lists, invitations, and on-site registration
Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure everything runs as planned
Gather feedback and assist in post-event evaluations and reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Experience in event coordination or administrative support is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
