Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our team. This role involves developing, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across various platforms (excluding social media), with a focus on strategy, creativity, and measurable performance. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, analytical, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute advertising campaigns for a variety of clients

• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness

• Work closely with creative teams to develop concepts and visuals for campaigns

• Track and report campaign performance metrics and optimize as needed

• Assist in managing budgets and timelines for advertising projects

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging

• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new advertising opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or agency setting preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital advertising tools

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
