Hype Tier is currently seeking a Marketing - Branding Assistant to support our branding and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about brand development and campaign execution. This role will assist in coordinating branding projects, managing timelines, and ensuring that brand consistency is maintained across all channels and materials.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of branding campaigns and marketing materials
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
Maintain brand consistency across internal and external communications
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure project alignment
Help plan and organize promotional events, product launches, and marketing presentations
Monitor branding performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior staff
Provide administrative support to the branding and marketing teams as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1–2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategy
Creative mindset with analytical thinking
