Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support initiatives that boost customer engagement and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create integrated marketing campaigns

  • Develop and manage promotional materials, including presentations and brochures

  • Coordinate and attend trade shows, events, and conferences

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to help inform sales strategies

  • Maintain communication with potential clients and assist in lead generation

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Assist in the development of sales proposals and other client-facing documents

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or sales coordination

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
