We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Communications Coordinator to join our team at Captura Hall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring effective messaging, and enhancing the overall brand presence. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s communications strategy and corporate identity.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies for both internal and external audiences.
Coordinate the creation of press releases, newsletters, and other written content.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Organize and manage corporate events and public relations initiatives.
Maintain and update the company’s communications materials and website content.
Build and maintain relationships with media and other key stakeholders.
Monitor media coverage and provide reports to management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
