Bela Brand Bat is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Customer Service professional to support our customer service operations. This role involves entering and updating data accurately, managing customer inquiries, and providing general support to our internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update customer information in our systems

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve issues and provide solutions to customer concerns

  • Maintain organized records and files

  • Collaborate with other departments to support customer service efforts

  • Perform regular quality checks on data entries

  • Assist in developing and improving service procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles

  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
