Bela Brand Bat is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt and effective assistance while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and finding effective solutions

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer requests

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate guidance

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite
