We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Montgomery, AL. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the management and internal teams

  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and manage emails

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

  • Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation

  • Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments

  • Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory

  • Assist in onboarding and internal communication processes

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
