We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Montgomery, AL. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the management and internal teams
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and manage emails
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation
Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory
Assist in onboarding and internal communication processes
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
