Job Description

We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of various marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and support client engagement strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of traditional marketing and a passion for strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities

• Help coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and other events

• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to ensure brand consistency

• Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or similar position

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with marketing principles, market analysis, and reporting
