Sphirea Plus is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion. This role involves working closely with the Events Manager and clients to ensure seamless execution, timely communication, and outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events including meetings, conferences, and private functions

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure necessary arrangements

  • Manage event logistics such as materials, guest lists, schedules, and set-up

  • Support on-site execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues promptly

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement

  • Maintain event documentation and assist in reporting

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
