We are seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to support our Events Department in planning and coordinating a variety of events. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for logistics and client satisfaction. This role plays a vital part in ensuring all event operations run smoothly, from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion

  • Coordinate logistics including venue arrangements, vendor communication, catering, and supplies

  • Prepare event materials such as agendas, name tags, and signage

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members during events

  • Support onsite setup, event flow, and breakdown activities

  • Maintain event budgets and ensure all timelines are met

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback to improve future events

  • Perform administrative tasks related to event planning and management

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar administrative role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
