We are currently seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a vital role in representing the company and supporting administrative tasks. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling
Provide accurate information to inquiries in person, via phone, or email
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
