We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to provide direct support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and discretion. This is a critical role that requires a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes

  • Handle confidential documents and maintain records

  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as required

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts

  • Monitor emails, respond on behalf of the executive when needed

  • Perform general administrative duties and ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
