We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to provide direct support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and discretion. This is a critical role that requires a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
Handle confidential documents and maintain records
Assist with personal errands and tasks as required
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts
Monitor emails, respond on behalf of the executive when needed
Perform general administrative duties and ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
