Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, handling, storing, and shipping materials. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently

• Organize and store products in the designated warehouse areas

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments

• Prepare orders by processing requests, packing boxes, and labeling items

• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

• Follow company safety procedures and protocols at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation

• Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn new skills
