We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing advertising campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives. You will work closely with our account managers and creative team to ensure campaigns align with brand strategies and deliver strong results.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement advertising campaigns tailored to client goals
Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences
Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and messaging
Prepare and present proposals, advertising plans, and budgets
Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality content and materials
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
Ensure timely delivery and placement of ads across selected media channels
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitor activity
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office and marketing analytics tools
Creative thinking and strategic planning capabilities
Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
