We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries in a professional and effective manner. This role is essential in maintaining client relationships and supporting the overall service goals of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with accuracy and efficiency

  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related concerns

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved

  • Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures

  • Contribute to team goals and support service improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
