Job Description

We are currently seeking a Service Communications Assistant to support our communications and client service efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between our internal departments and client-facing teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating communication between service teams and clients

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external service updates and notices

• Support the execution of service-related projects and follow-ups

• Maintain organized documentation of client communications and service reports

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and clear communication

• Monitor and respond to service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

• Track service metrics and assist in preparing performance reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications or client service role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
